We registered for our table at around 9:15 am. They were not even at 30% capacity and when we asked for a table for two, we were told the wait was 20 minutes. Here is what I didn’t understand about the service. Food was excellent even though it was room temperature. The outside of the restaurant is very appealing, yet the inside feels a bit like a cafeteria. Part of the Durant Choctaw Casino and the newly opened Sky Tower.
